Creation of a Restaurant, Bar and Kitchen facility for a new Establishment at the heart of Devonshire Square in the City. TPS’s were responsible for the design and co-ordination of the restaurant M&E systems. A particular challenge for TPS was liaison with the landlords consultants and site engineering team to negotiate primary supply arrangements for gas, water, drainage and electrics, together with chilled and heating supplies from landlord systems.
