TPS were responsible for the design of the M&E services in the refurbishment of a series of 9 properties acquired as part of a property investment portfolio. Each house was completely stripped out and refurbished to provide a contemporary modern living environment. Services included design and specification of the heating, specialist lighting systems, audio visual systems, electrics, security systems, boosted water services and drainage.
